100 Days
We have worked on a number of projects for Berkeley Partnership, and this film was produced to attract new hires and give them a flavour of what their first 100 days looks like.
This was a great project to work on, we had access to their working lives, the integration process as well as their home life and life after work. The firm has a very active social scene and create a great working life as well as allowing for flexible working and a healthy home life balance.
The client experienced very high engagement with this campaign compared to their normal talent attraction campaign, and also received lovely feedback from their clients and partners.
