Our client, Berkeley Partnership, wanted to attract new talent and showcase how some of their teams’ first 100 days at the firm had been. The company actively promotes collaboration, growth and working closely with partners from day one. It also is great at uniting the teams with a variety of outside work clubs and activities, as well as understanding the need to be present as parents and the importance of life balance.
